Art began his insurance career in 1977 with the CVMA’s endorsed insurance carrier. He became a licensed insurance broker in 1983, specializing in insuring CVMA members. Art has served on the board of the Animal Health Foundation. He holds the CIC designation and is California Certified in the Affordable Care Act. He joined VISC in 2007.
